How much will it cost to pick, pack & deliver my order to my door?

There are a range of delivery options available.

UK delivery

Standard delivery is up to 2-7 working days – from £6.95*

Due to unprecedented volumes we are working as hard as we can and putting in extra hours to fulfil your orders as soon as possible, hoping we can achieve sooner delivery times for you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

*Cost depends on the weight of your package.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery can take up to 7 working days.

Do you deliver abroad?

No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Remote Addresses

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

How will I know that my order is on its way?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the courier and a tracking number so that you can keep up to date with delivery progress.

Will someone need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

This is possible, but please remember to tick the box indicating that the billing address will be different when going through the checkout.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, OR AT ALL?

Please contact our Customer Service team at info@drugstore.maximumweb.hu if you have not received your order 4 days after dispatch of your order for further advice, in order for us to deal with your query you must contact us within 28 days of dispatch of your order.
