We buy all our products directly from European suppliers and add them to our own stocks. In doing so, we cut out costly middlemen who often add extra expenses to product prices.
If you wish to return a product, simply send an email to us.
Be sure to state your name, mail and order number in your correspondence with Drugstore. We will deal with your queries as soon as we receive your package. Read more about returning products at the bottom of the page under “Terms and Conditions.”
We buy our products from some of the largest and most established suppliers throughout the EU. We also carry out quality control checks to ensure that products are up to standard before they are sent out to customers. We can guarantee with 100% certainty that all the products that you purchase from us are genuine. If a product fails to live up to your expectations, a 28 day return policy is offered, without exception, on all items.
We sincerely apologise for any problems experienced whilst completing your order. If you are already a Drugstore member, log in at the top-right corner of our website when commencing your shopping. Failure to do so will result in our computer system writing that your email address has already been used. If you experience problems while shopping on mobile phones, tablets and other devices with internet access, try shifting to a computer for higher resolution browsing. Sold out products constantly return to our stocks. In order to ensure that our members get the best prices on the market, we only repurchase sold out products if we can guarantee that we can sell them at the same low price as they were sold for previously. Therefore, in some cases, weeks or months may pass before certain products return to stock. Type your email address under sold out products and receive notification as soon as they are in stock again.

When choosing Member Price, you automatically create a membership with your first order. The first month is free. Subsequent months cost £7.99 per month and your membership is automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
You can revoke your membership at any time by logging in at the top right corner of the Drugstore.co.uk website. Once logged in, you can also check the status of your membership and find details about all your orders.
